Stephen Lazarecki, Jr. has been the owner and operator of Monroe
Turnpike Service Center since 1981.He has been a mechanic for
over 35 years and has always had a love for cars....especially
fast cars! From 1973 to 1977 he built and raced a '69 Firebird
called the "Weekend Warrior" which won numerous bracket
championships. Soon after, he sold the car that he loved to open
"Steve's Service Station" on Porter Street in Bridgeport, Ct.
which he owned for 3 years. He was also the owner of Main Street
Sunoco in Bridgeport, Ct. for 2 years and Huntington Turnpike
Service Center in Bridgeport, Ct. for 2 years. In 1981, he
became the owner of Monroe Turnpike Service Center. In the last
25 years at this location, Steve has built many solid
customer relationships based on trust, and has taken pride
each and every day in providing exceptional service and superior
value to his customers. Steve is also a quality ASE certified
technician.

Stephen Somley has been an Monroe resident his entire life. He
graduated from Porter and Chester in 1981 with an automotive
degree. He has been a quality ASE certified
technician and employee of Monroe Turnpike Service Center since
1988.
